About Me

I am a practicing counseling psychologist and trained clinical hypnotherapist. I have an 18-year-old career journey that began as a management trainee in a financial firm, soon after completing my Master’s in Business Economics. Life had different plans for me. Very early on I realized, it was not the numbers, but the people and their behaviors that excited me the most. I quickly moved into the HR domain, and from there to Learning and Development for the next 10 yrs.

Always curious to learn more, my quest to understand the who and why of human existence and experience led me to a second Master’s degree in Psychology. As my specialization, I completed 1 yr rigorous PG Diploma in Clinical Hypnosis, to become a few certified clinical hypnotherapists in India. 

At present, I am pursuing Ph.D. in positive psychology. I am also a board member of the Academy of Hypnosis -a body of professional hypnotherapists in India. I have my private counseling practice – Mind Therapy at NOIDA. As a psychologist, I am adept at using Eclectic approaches- Psychoanalysis, Ego State work, Ego States(Inner child healing), CBT,ACT,IPT REBT, SFBT, Gestalt,Age Regression and Past Life Regression  Therapy. I have regularly published and presented scientific papers on therapy case studies.

I enjoy conducting behavioral workshops for corporate clients as well as individuals. I am a sincere spiritual seeker, who reads lots of ancient Indian spiritual texts and constantly likes to work on my own self-development.
